Forwarding call from a set number

    Hey Jade,

    Sorry for the delayed response! It looks like we missed your community post :( 

    This functionality would depend on your call provider. You'd want to reach out to to them to see if they can pass the customers ID when forwarding calls over to Zendesk. There wouldn't be a setting within Zendesk to show this information unfortunately.
