We have an admin team who currently answer all of our calls before sending them through to our phones extension numbers.
If I had talk turned on for my support team and our admin team ring the Zendesk Talk number and put the customer through to us would it show as our office number that is calling or would it show the customers number? If it would show our office number is there anyway we can change a setting to be able to see the customers number? Please help ASAP.
