Custom code for end users to edit Priority System field?

    Hey Uriel,

    I know you can't customize the priority field values natively, however, you can make the ticket field editable for end-users directly from within the agent interface by navigating to Admin>Manage>Ticket Fields>Priority. Screenshot below:

    After a ticket is created - end-users cannot update the ticket fields.

    You could have triggers look for keywords like high_priority or piggy back off the mail api #high and have a trigger looking for specific keywords.

    Hi @Brett and @McCabe,

    Thank you for your response. I was advised by a Zendesk agent in a ticket that this feature was doable using custom coding.
