    Thanks but not really - Kbackup doesnt work on Mac's and "Knowledge Base to PDF" only seems to take the first 8 pages, we have at least hundred's

    So how do people who have an existing knowledge base, work with a 3rd party to get it translated? Surely this is a common issue for lots of our users

    Thanks for the update!

    If the API or app will not work for you then depending on your plan level you could add this 3rd party as light-agents on your account.

    With Guide Lite and Professional you can allow Light-agents to add/edit articles which means they can work on article translations directly within Guide. If you're on Support Enterprise you can create a custom role granting users only access to Guide but not user data or tickets. More on custom roles here: Creating custom roles and assigning agents

    Hopefully other users an jump in and offer up some advice as well :)
