    Yes, that sounds like it is working as expected. The Ticket Group filter applies to all tabs in the dashboard. It sounds like you need separate dashboards to avoid that.

    You can change each report on a dashboard to disassociate it from the dashboard filter. That way the filter will not affect that specific report ( Edit dashboard, select the gear icon on a specific report, select the filter Filter tab). But that does not sound like what you are after.

    @Adam as Graeme mentioned this is expected behavior.

    The best option here is to create each of your tabs as a separate dashboard with the appropriate filters.

    So you don't have to create these dashboard from scratch I would recommend duplicating your existing dashboard and editing to show the correct reports. To duplicate a dashboard you can select the gear icon towards the top right of your dashboard you're viewing and select Save As. Screenshot below:
