Reporting macro use through tags

    Hi Scott! Going forward, I recommend using triggers to clean up the tags on follow-up tickets. We have a basic template and some workflow ideas in this article on Resetting drop-down ticket field values on follow-up tickets. That should give you more consistent behavior across all your workflows.

    A change like that isn't retroactive, though. For existing follow-up tickets, you can use this recipe article: Filtering for follow-up tickets. That should allow you to exclude follow-up tickets from your "amount of signups" report, regardless of their tags.
