We are a small IT company offering support to SMB's. Some of our customers request reports for calls generated for them over the last 1/12 months.
We are on the Teams package, which does everything we need other than generate this basic report.
I quite like Zendesk, but i cannot justify upgrading our 8 technicians to profesonal + the reporting feature just to pull off these basic reports. We do not need the other features of professional.
I have tried to contact Sales i don't know how many times, but never get a call/email back and our so called account manager just closes the calls without answering them. No one is available on the phone either.
If this is the way Zendesk treat their customers, i'm not sure i want to use them anymore.
Anyone got any suggestions as i have invested quite a bit of time setting up our enviroment only to come up against this rather big stumbling block!
