    Hey Kris,

    Sorry to hear you've experienced issues getting in contact with our Sales team. I'm happy to help out any way I can and hopefully we can right this ship :)

    I did some digging on my end and it looks like Explore/Insights is only available to users on Support Professional or Enterprise plans.

    That being said, you do have access to public apps within our App Marketplace. It may be worth investigating to see if there's a 3rd party integration available that will help capture the data you're looking for.

    If you have some technical support, you can use the API to extract data from your account, There are some details here.

    Thanks, it seems that Zoho will do most of what i want for considderably less than buying Proffesional for all our users, just to get reporting.

    It's a shame you can't buy insight as a bolt on for Teams as we wouldn't use the features in Pro, other than reporting.
