    Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, we do not have anything planned regarding that in the short term. We will consider that in the next iteration.

    Hi Karsten,

    One workaround you can use is add a tag in the shortcut (like the shortcut name) so it gets added to the chat whenever the shortcut has been added by the agent.

    Then, you can use History search or the CSV export to see how many chats have each tag from the shortcut.
