We have no plans to offer a Windows Phone app in the immediate future.

Disappointed to read this and hope that this will change in future so we do not exclude these customers from being able to access our live chat service.

Just to clarify, are you talking about the agent apps being available on Windows Phone or the widget being visible to your visitors in IE/Edge? Or you asking about a Mobile SDK to integrate Chat into your Windows Phone app?
The widget should be loading for your visitors in mobile IE and Edge. We have no plans for building a Windows Phone app or Mobile Chat SDK to integrate into your Windows Phone app.

I was referring to the widget being available for Windows phone users with IE/Edge.
This is not displaying for such users.

If you go to zopim.com on your Windows Phone device, do you see the chat button on the bottom right?
The standalone chat widget supports Windows Phone 8.1/10 but the Web Widget does not support Windows Phone. It could be that you have embedded the Web Widget which is why it isn't displaying for your visitors.
If you are just using Chat, you should use the Chat standalone widget instead of the Web Widget.

We are able to see the chat button on the zopim website.
I will speak to our web developers as it seems they have integrated the wrong widget.
