    Hi Darren,

    Thanks for the feedback. From the visitor list, you can see the message from the incoming chat request in the list.

    Have you tried using that to determine if a chat should be ignored/closed off?

    You can also get a preview of the chat message by reading the message in the browser notification.

    Do you need more of the chat transcript in the preview to determine if it is a valid chat request?
