We are having issues with the customer chat widget in Internet Explorer. It works perfectly in Chrome, but on IE (version 11), the widget does not appear unless you actively refresh the page.
Is anyone else having this issue? I'm led to believe (by a Zen Desk support agent) that there are just widespread issues with IE and unfortunately no fix yet. Does this sound correct?
If so, what's the recourse? The user requirements and compatibility state IE9 or higher, but if the above is true, then clearly this is not the case.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
