Hi, I wrote a few weeks ago about not being able to see the attachButton in our iOS app where we've integrated Zendesk Chat. Last time I was sure that the issue was the account being Lite, but since then our client has updated to Advanced and the button still doesn't appear. We have also confirmed that sending files is enabled in their dashboard. Does it need to be enabled somehow within the app?
