I have one agent that is not getting the orange visual chat indicator (bottom left of ZOPIM panel).
Under her personal:lab:notifications all notification boxes are checked.
She can log into different computers and the problem still persists (ie: not cache, cookie type issue).
ZOPIM says she has notifications on, but she does not. Help! Any suggestions?
