We're currently working on some reports to join against our Accounts in SalesForce, so we can get a bigger picture of what kind of accounts use our Support resources the most.
We sync our accounts to Zendesk via a custom built connector, and we write the SalesForce 18 digit Account ID to the organization.external_id field on the Zendesk Org.
Being able to retrieve this, alongside the Org Name, would be incredibly useful and save us a LOT of time. We'd then be able to load the IDs into the SalesForce report engine and just pull the extended data for the identified customers.
Unrelated: When third party connectors like SalesForce are available, will we be able to join that data on Zendesk Support data within the same Query in Explore?
