Feature Request: Add Organization External ID as a possible field.

We're currently working on some reports to join against our Accounts in SalesForce, so we can get a bigger picture of what kind of accounts use our Support resources the most.
We sync our accounts to Zendesk via a custom built connector, and we write the SalesForce 18 digit Account ID to the organization.external_id field on the Zendesk Org.
Being able to retrieve this, alongside the Org Name, would be incredibly useful and save us a LOT of time. We'd then be able to load the IDs into the SalesForce report engine and just pull the extended data for the identified customers.
Unrelated: When third party connectors like SalesForce are available, will we be able to join that data on Zendesk Support data within the same Query in Explore?

I completely agree with Dan on this. We have information passed to the external ID that would speed up my work and processing time if it was something that could be pulled.

Apologies for the delayed follow-up. Based on your feedback, we are planning to enrich the organization dataset available in Explore with the external_id that can be set programmatically, through bulk import or connectors.
We'll get back to you shortly with the targeted release date.
