We are looking for a personal profile chat page for each agent. So if a customer wants to speak with a specific agent they can go to the agent's profile page and start a chat on there to make sure that he/she can chat with that specif agent.
Also, when an agent invites a customer individually to a chat to follow up on a case that he/she is working on, the agent could just send the link to specific profile chat page to make sure the customer reaches out to the right person who is concerned with that case.
Such profiles would be like a digitaland customers can expect a direct line to all of the people working in our company.
That would be so helpful - especially because a lot of other providers already offer that! Thanks!
