Separate favicons for chat and support

    I agree. I would like to be able to differentiate between MY Zendesk Support and Zendesk's Support (Help Center) by favicon, and the same for Zendesk Chat.

    I totally need this. I work with at least 10-15 tabs open at a time, which means I have to pin some of them and then can ONLY see the favicon. As full tabs, the titles help (though icons are much easier to identify) but once pinned, here's what it looks like to view my tabs for support, help center, chat, talk, and connect:

    3 of the 5 tabs (support, chat, & talk) look exactly alike. They all show the favicon I chose for Support in the Admin settings. The blue and green icon is the one for the Help Center which I can fortunately change but I would like to have the ability to choose separate favicons for support, chat, & talk and also a custom icon for Connect so I can pin them and then get to them quickly.

    I just did a little searching on the interwebs and found a work-around!! If you use Chome, you can install an extension like Bookmark Favicon Changer. It allows you to choose exactly what each icon will be for your bookmarks (and it will also display in your tabs when the page is a full or pinned tab!!)

    Step 1: Install theBookmark Favicon Changer extension here:

    Step 2: Download the favicons you need straight from the mothership here:

    Step 3: Bookmark the various Zendesk sites you want to fix.

    Step 4: Right click on the Bookmark Favicon Changer icon in the browser and choose "options"

    Step 5: Find your bookmark, right click, change favicon, navigate to wherever you saved your favicons.

    And poof! Here's the 'after' shot of the same tabs you saw above. Now it's all color-coded and super easy to see where I'm going at a glance!!
