    Thanks for sharing your feedback.

    We do not have this functionality yet inside the chat application. Most customers usually employ a ticketing solution to handles email channels and the current offline chat emails fit into email workflows.

    Would you consider using these solutions ? but again these are separate services so you will have switch to these to reply to offline messages.
