    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the app. Can you try and check the notification settings of the app in your device's settings?

    Hi Ramin,

    I am experiencing the same problem. I've double checked my notification settings and there doesn't seem to be any problems on that end. Any other suggestions.

    Hi Caleb,

    Can you share screenshots of the notification settings inside the app and the app settings under your device's general settings?

    I just tested the app on two iPhones in the office and push notifications are working correctly, so it doesn't appear to be a platform issue.

    We have identified the issue and have released a backend fix for it about 15min ago. Can you check the app and see if the problem is resolved for you?

    I am having this same issue beginning yesterday.  Neither of my ios devices that have zendesk installed and all notifications enabled are getting a notification of new tickets or of assigned tickets.  Last notification I got was Sunday around 11pm est.  None came through yesterday or today.  Have tried resetting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  Checked that notifications are on in both the app and in notification settings.  I checked witht he rest of my team and they report the same that they have not received notifications in the last 2 days.
