Issues integrating chat in iOS app

I am currently evaluating ZenDesk Chat as a chat support solution for an app that I develop. And I have some issues getting it to work.
I have followed this document:

But is seems a bit outdated.
For example, is says that I should get an account key via this menu:
However, currently this menu does not have such item
The closest thing I've found to an account key is "Unique ID" in Settings/Channels/Mobile SDK. However, passing it to
ZDCChat.initialize(withAccountKey:"")
does not seem to work.
I signed in as an agent, I am online, but all I see in app is this:
Could someone, please, advise how to get the chat working?
