Inbound API for Live Support
답변함I am curious if there are any plans to integrate an inbound ticket API for third party systems.
Example: My organization uses Zopim for live support. We can utilize REST API to for outbound tickets to a client which has their own internal support ticket system. They would also like to forward internal support tickets to my team on Zopim.

Thanks for the feedback. Just to make sure I understand what you want, you would like the ability to see the tickets from a third party system inside of Zopim while chatting with a specific customer? Similar to what we do today with Zendesk?
We are working on allowing private custom apps inside of Zopim that could talk with an external system. This feature should be going into beta end of this quarter.
