How to preserve historical time spent data when an agent is promoted to another group?

    Hi Jacky,

    It looks like there haven't been any updates on this post :-/ I'll leave this open in case others want to jump in still. I did some digging on my end and the only attribute available that's relatively close to what you're looking for is the Backlog Group.

    It may also be helpful if you could provide your current metric setup so we can take a look for you.
