    not a great solution as CC's opening the message can trigger the tracking pixel intended for the recipient based on testing a few of the solutions in the market place.

    We are trying to install the application on our Zendesk account but shows the message "Resource doesn't exist".

    What should we do?

    Hey Alberto,

    Can you confirm the plan level your Support account is on?

    Public apps are only available on Support Team plan and private apps are available on Support Professional.
