Since it's possible to have the customer path/history visible if the Web Widget is integrated on a website (see "Visitor Path"), it would be very helpful to have that data visible in the Pathfinder app in Support as well.
That would be possible not only for tickets created out of chats, but also all tickets created in a contact form in the Web Widget.
This could reduce a lot of our agents effort since they won't unnecessarily suggest helpcenter articles the customers have already seen.
I heard that the Pathfinder app will be integrated into Support directly, so maybe that can already be part of that.
