    Hi all -

    Thank you for your continued patience as our engineers worked on a fix for this reporting issue. The issue was caused by an upgrade to our database servers that introduced a bug that prevented reporting jobs from completing. A fix for the issue has been deployed and we have confirmed that the fix resolves the issue moving forward. We are still in the process of backfilling the missing data from May 20 UTC - May 28 UTC and anticipate that it will take a few days. We will provide another update once that is complete.

    We sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving this issue and will be performing a full post-mortem to identify root cause and remediation. We can provide that post-mortem to you once it becomes available. Please let us know if you have any questions or continue to have issues.
