    Hi David,

    I just wanted to jump in here and inform you that the application of tags is not tied to the event model in Insights so there is not a way to report on who or when a tag was applied. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you :-/

    That being said, custom ticket field changes are tied to the event model so every time a custom field is changed you would be able to report on who changed it and when.

    In this case, it may be worth creating a "PT Escalation" checkbox for your part-timers to select when an escalation is required.

    You can then create your own custom metric to track when a custom field change takes place. You'll want to use the Date (Event) and Updater attribute under the How to show who changed this custom field.
