    Hi Hardeep! I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there is no way to report on the time a ticket tag was added - there is no event logging in the Insights model for when a tag was added. That said, if the tag is added as the result of a field change (like a drop-down option being selected), then you could use the recipe here to capture the timestamp of that field change.
