View end users with no tickets

    Hey Mario,

    The easiest option would be to create an Insights report that shows that uses the following:

    What

    # Tickets

    How
    Users

    You should then be able to sort the list from least tickets created to most tickets created. If you're not seeing 0 values in your report, you'll need to create a custom metric as mentioned in the following article: Including 0 values in Insights reports

    I need to accomplish the same thing but since Insights is gone, I am trying to build such a query in Explore. It doesn't seem that Explore has access to the number of tickets belonging to a user, nor is there directly a User dataset. Is there any way I can get the number of users without tickets using Explore?

    Hello James Hunyar,

    So this would not be possible as the base product stands since tickets are the primary means to which this report could function. 

    There is a way you could try to accomplish this via the API, which I've share below, but this would require custom code to implement.
