    When this becomes available, will this be available for Light Agents for customers on the Professional plan with Collaboration Add-on?

    Hey Spencer,

    Looks like Vincent addressed this here:  Light Agent Access to Zendesk Explore Reports

    For those on Enterprise, you'll have the option to customize the role and set the appropriate light-agent permissions from there.

    Since custom roles are only available on Enterprise, you'll most likely need to upgrade if you want this feature.

    Hi thanks for the reply.

    So we are not going to use light agents, instead we have to customize our paid roles to a light agent?

    I'm i correct?

    I thought that we could use the role "light agent" for this?

    Hey Robert,

    You'll need to have the light-agent add-on but to customize the light-agent role you would need to have access to the custom roles feature which is available on the Enterprise plan. Otherwise, you'll be limited to out of the box permissions for light-agents which wouldn't include Explore access.

     I do have the Enterprise plan.
    So if i want to change a light agent to have access to Explore:

    I find the light agent, mark it, change role an then in the pop up window change to 
    the desired custom role?

    Does this not affect my fully paid licences? 

    Or is there an other way?

    Hey Robert,

    If you're on Enterprise when the feature releases you would navigate to Admin>Manage>People>Roles and edit the light-agent role to change permissions. This is how I imagine it would work but this could change once it's actually been released. As long as you're on Enterprise there shouldn't be any changes to your subscription.

    Unfortunately, I don't have much more information to provide at this time :-/
