    Okay, I found out, I was missing the comma between the additional settings!

    For sure! Thanks for your response, Brett.

    Yesterday I also posted a question about the Launcher-badge function that I couldn't get to work. I can't find that post anymore on my activity, maybe it was removed because it seemed like a duplicate?

    I want our widget to just look like a question mark without any text, and I thought this would help get this going, maybe I'm doing something wrong?

    Code is below.

    Thank you!

    <script type="text/javascript">
    window.zESettings = {
      webWidget: {
        launcher: {
          badge: {
            image: 'question mark image address',
            layout: 'image_only'
          }
        }
      }
    };
    </script>

    <!-- Start of lessonface Zendesk Widget script -->
    <script id="ze-snippet" src="https://static.zdassets.com/ekr/snippet.js?key=xxxxxxxxxxxx"> </script>
    <!-- End of lessonface Zendesk Widget script -->

    Hey Flavio,

    I reached out to our Chat team recently and they mentioned that there's no way to hide the label for the desktop version of the app. The easiest option would be to use your custom image to launch the widget. This would require a custom script with an onClick event to fire the widget show command. My other comment can be found here.

    I hope this points you in the right direction!
