    Hi Alberto,


    The UIs for structured messages currently work in the widgets themselves, but not in the agent dashboard nor the transcript (chat history). You can, however, configure fallback messages for each structured messages that you have, so the users can see your customised fallback messages in those places. Hope this helps!
