Answer Bot for Web Widget - Tracking Ticket Reopens
Hi all,
Curious if there are any creative solutions within the community for tracking ticket opens following an Answer Bot inquiry in the Web Widget. All solves come in from an anonymous user, so it's hard to link those requests to a known user who submits a ticket later on. Any thoughts from the community around a way to correlate these and look for tickets that may have been submitted after an AB suggestion is marked Solved?
