I'd like to create a filter which I can add to all reports and which contains all core agents we have. We have some agents that do only specific tasks / a lot of testing etc and the core team which purely works on supporting our end users therefore switches relatively often.
As I have to filter out some of the agents for most metrics (AHT, FRT, avg solved tickets etc), I'd like to have one metric / filter which I'd include for all those reports and then I'd only need to change the filter once to adapt it for all reports.
Any other possible solutions are very welcome as well of course.
