    Hey Jen,

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with logging in! Just to confirm, are you attempting to log into Support or Chat? Are you able to replicate this from a different browser as well?

    What happens if you navigate to subdomain.zendesk.com/agent. You'll replace subdomain with the name of your account. It may also be worth trying to log in through subdomain.zendesk.com/access/normal as well to see if that works.

    If you haven't set up a native Zendesk password, you can first navigate to subdomain.zendesk.com/access/help to trigger a password reset email.

    Hi Brett, 

     

    The subdomain link allowed me to login. The main issue occurred on both Chrome and Safari and would include an "unauthenticated" error in the URL redirect after attempting to OAuth into support with my Google Account. 

    Hopefully, that's helpful for future users!
