How to prevent an agent from assigning a ticket assigned to another agent ?

    I think you can accomplish that by adding a trigger that looks somewhat like this:

    Hi Fred,

    You can choose any action you'd like.

    I would go with Assignee = Current user

    but it's not possible to block the action of assignement or let the previous assigned agent ?

    Hey Frédéric,

    As Carsten mentioned, using a Trigger would be the best option here. Unfortunately, there's no option you can toggle that prevents this all together :-/
