답변함I would like to see zendesk chat being a part of Zendesk Support, as if working with Zendesk Chat, would be the same as working with Zendesk Support, so that we could take real advantage of the powerful tools that we use constantly in Support: custom fields, triggers, forms, update ticket status directly from the chat to name a few.
Plus the interface is quite outdated guys.
