Zendesk Chat remains a pretty foreign addition to the ZD suite: basically it still looks and feels quite a bit like Zopim.
When does ZD plan to finish integrating ZD Chat? Being able to important macros as shortcuts would be a great place to start. Also, re-doing the trigger logic in Chat to be more intuitive like the logic in Support is. To create triggers in Chat, currently one has to basically learn a whole new system.
