Zendesk Messages keep going to Spam Folder even after its already define as not Spam

    Hey Marichu,

    This can happen if emails show as being sent from Zendesk and not from your email provider. You'll want to go through the steps mentioned in the following article to grant permission to Zendesk to deliver emails on behalf of your email provider: Allowing Zendesk to send email on behalf of your email domain

    Hi Bret, 

    This is to inform you that I still experience the same issues about Zendesk mails goes directly into my spam folder and not in my inbox. 

    I was aware that these was previously checked by our Administrator and already experience these goes directly into my inbox, however, these past few days, I am getting Zendesk mails in my inbox. 

    What do we need to do to move these mails permanently into my inbox?

    Hey Marichu,

    Can you confirm that you've set up an SPF record that would allow Zendesk to send emails on behalf of your email provider? Allowing Zendesk to send email on behalf of your email domain

    Since the emails are being sent to your spam folder on the email provider's side, we're rather limited on what we can assist with from our end since that's not something we have access to. 

    It may be worth reaching to the Support team of your email provider to confirm why these emails are delivered to your spam and see if they have a way to remedy this.
