suppose customer send me 'hello' and i am somewhere or chat with someone else and customer left off, then from zendesk chat should have option to send request 'come back again'

A is customer , come online by visiting website , now agent is busy somewhere or chat with someone else,
A(customer) send message 'Hello' and left off , now agent is free and see that A(customer) send message and also give his mobile and email id.. so in zendesk chat have option or button to sent 'come back again message' on his mobile or email id.
