    If you use Zendesk Support along with Chat you can enable 2FA in your profile under the security settings on a per user basis.

    As long as you don’t force 2FA via the security admin settings, your agents can keep using single passwords (or chose to enable 2FA themselves)

    Thanks for the reply.

    We don't use Zendesk support - I believe we would need to be paying for that product to be able to do it that way?

    Just checked and indeed. You’ll need at least Support Essential or higher to do this.
