Live chat agent activity
답변함Is it possible to see when an agent logged into live chat, when did he logged out or was idle? (on the lite plan)
Additionally if we only have 1 agent seat assigned to an agent is it possible for an administrator to review chat details and information?

Hi Andrew,
That level of analytics is available on the Enterprise plan in Agent Analytics, it is not offered on the Lite plan.
You would need to get two licenses, one for the agent and one for the admin to review chats, generate reports, and update settings.
