We are just have a trial on Zendesk and are evaluating some of your features.
Is it possible for light agents to view the tickets they have a side conversation in or are a follower on?
We have light agents that works in a lots of tickets but how are they supposed to find them if they do not want to only have it in theit mailbox?
I only find views for the assignee of a ticket and a light agent cat me assigned right?
How is it supposed to work for light agents in the dashboard or are they just to work from their mailboxes?
