unable to deauthenticate zendesk app from my shopify store

    Its been taking way too long, i just need support to deauthenticate , why does it have to take over a week and no update at all?

    I sent the email on oct 18 and it has been 11 days, is this normal average timeframe for zendesk to fix a simple issue like this? This is unacceptable.

    So i got an reply 5 days ago through email that this require tier 1 to fix. I then posted in zendesk facebook page for help  and suupport told me they have escalated this to tier 2 support. Cant zendesk just sent it to the highest tier to fix it??
