    Hi Chris -

    The answer to your question depends on whether or not you're using Answer Bot.

    If you are using Answer Bot, then the labels are only used as a failover search when the bot can't find anything to suggest.

    If you are not using Answer Bot, then yes, adding tags to an article does impact the weighting on search in the widget - it operates the same way that the regular Help Center search does.
