Log of outgoing emails

iam looking for a way to gather information about emails that were sent via Zendesk to our customers. Some of our customers notified us about them not getting our email responds. Only CCs of those tickets are notified in that case. Is there a log where I can view all outgoing emails from Zendesk?

If you are on the Enterprise Plan, there is a mail archive feature.
Otherwise, check the 'Show Events' option when viewing a ticket in Support to ensure triggers and automatons are firing as expected.
