    Hi Andrew,

    Looking at the ticket screenshot, a trigger with a proactive message fired which bypasses the pre-chat form. This is by design.

    You can choose to turn off the proactive trigger under Settings---Triggers or modify the trigger message to get the visitor to send their name as a response so the agent can fill the information out for the visitor.

    Hi Ramin,

    As I said I'm on the Lite plan where Triggers are not available (see screenshot).

    Hi Andrew,

    You had two triggers still enabled in the background for some reason. I reapplied the Lite limits to your account and the triggers should no longer fire (they are disabled now). If you see them fire again, please create a ticket by emailing support@zendesk.com and we can troubleshoot the issue further.
