Hi, we make time schedules for bigger tasks and we actually have SLAs for many of them, like ordering an employee computer takes 15 working days to deliver.
We make a schedule so the requester knows when delivery will occur.
What we do is calculate a time scheduler removing holidays and weekends an com up with a date.
This date we put as due_date. What I would like to do is to compare the time stamp in the due_date field with the time stamp when the agent sets the status to Solved.
I would like the result to be represented over time, for example quarterly, the percentage of success or/and breach.
I have tried, but cant seem to get it right. Anyone with an idea?
