E-mail notification if I was mentioned

    Hey Ilya,

    It sounds like your triggers may not be configured correctly if you're not receiving email notifications. When you're mentioned on a ticket, you should be added as a CC. You'll want to navigate to Admin>Business Rules>Triggers and confirm your notification triggers are using the Email user - (requester and CCs) action.
