We initially had Zendesk Support and didn't require end users to register to submit tickets.
This is still the case and we then set up Zendesk Guide. I would like to restrict access to certain articles and my understanding was our end users could self register to do so. However I can see that under each profile in Support there is already a password automatically set up.
How would end-users log in to Guide if they are already an end user but didn't set up their own password?
