Chat Conversational API: Received EOS even after we send PING message

    Just to add more details here - 

    There was no message sent to Zendesk chat (for approx. 6-8 hours) before the user sent message and we received EOS signal. So in summary we think when message is sent to Zendesk chat after certain time it sends EOS. Please help here to understand this.
