Not sure if I misread any post I found, but if on the Salesforce + ZenDesk app. Does this include a way to automatically forward a ticket from Salesforce to Zendesk?
Example - member from our site submitted a ticket via our Sales site vs. Our support site.
With this integration would we be able to simply click on a option to send that ticket from salesforce to zendesk?
